Soul Simple Scent is a wellness-focused aromatherapy brand created to support small, intentional moments of calm. Each product is thoughtfully handcrafted using carefully selected ingredients and our signature Calm Serenity essential-oil blend.

Are your products all natural?

We focus on using thoughtfully selected ingredients and keeping our formulations simple and intentional. Rather than adding unnecessary fillers, we prioritise function, sensory experience, and safety.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to detail.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Singapore.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Occasional promotions may include complimentary shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on orders above $85. Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos and your order number at hello@soulsimplescent.com

What if I don’t like the scent?

Scent is experienced differently by each individual, influenced by personal sensitivity and environment. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

We recommend reviewing the ingredient notes and scent description on each product page before purchasing.

Why do products sometimes look slightly different?

As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour or texture are normal and do not affect quality.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Aromatherapy Room Mist

Is your room mist alcohol-free?

Yes. Our room mist is made with distilled water and alcohol-free witch hazel. We do not use alcohol as a base.

Why did you choose an alcohol-free formula?

We wanted a gentler option suitable for everyday use, especially in resting spaces like bedrooms.

Why does the mist need shaking before use?

We use minimal ingredients without heavy solubilisers, so natural separation may occur. Shake gently before each use.

Is it safe to use around children or pets?

Use in well-ventilated spaces and avoid spraying directly near children or pets.

Shower Steamers

Can I use it like a bath bomb?

No. Shower steamers are designed for aromatherapy use only and are not intended for bath use.

Sugar Scrub

Why does the oil sink to the bottom?

Our scrubs are oil-rich. Natural separation may occur—simply stir before use.

Will my skin feel oily after rinsing?

A light moisturising layer may remain to help lock in hydration. This is normal.

Wellness Soak

Why does the soak harden slightly?

Humidity may cause natural mineral clumping. This does not affect performance.

Do I need to rinse after soaking?

Rinsing is optional and based on personal preference.

Aromatherapy Balm

Why does the balm smell faint at first?

The aroma activates with warmth. Rub gently to release the scent.
