📦 Ordering & Shipping
We currently ship within Singapore.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Standard Shipping: $6 (approx. 3 business days)
Express Shipping: $18 (same-day delivery within 6 hours)
We offer complimentary shipping on orders above $80. Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

If your order has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not available.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

As our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour or texture may occur. This does not affect product quality or performance.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain product quality.
Yes. Our room mist is made with distilled water and alcohol-free witch hazel. We do not use alcohol as a base.
We wanted a gentler option suitable for everyday use, especially in resting spaces like bedrooms.
We use minimal ingredients without heavy solubilisers, so natural separation may occur. Shake gently before each use.
Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid spraying directly onto skin, children, or pets.
No. Shower steamers are designed for aromatherapy use in the shower and are not intended for bath use.
Our scrubs are oil-rich. Natural separation may occur—simply stir before use.
A light moisturising layer may remain to help lock in hydration. This is normal.
Humidity may cause natural mineral clumping. This does not affect performance.
Rinsing is optional and based on personal preference.
The aroma activates with warmth. Rub gently to release the scent.
