Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our products include personal care and aromatherapy items such as wellness soaks, sugar scrubs, aromatherapy mists, balms, and shower steamers. For hygiene and safety purposes, all products are non-returnable once opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@soulsimplescent.com.

To help us assess the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and outer packaging

Once reviewed, we will advise you on the next steps.

Approved Returns

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.  
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Aromatherapy and essential oil products  
- Personal care and wellness items  
- Opened or used products  
- Sale items and gift cards  

Scent Disclaimer

Scent perception is personal and may vary between individuals and environments. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your bank or payment provider.
