How to Use

Add the wellness soak to warm water and allow the salts to dissolve fully.

Bath soak: Add approximately ½–1 cup to warm running bath water. Soak for 20–30 minutes, allowing the aroma to gently fill the space.

Foot or hand soak: Add approximately ¼–½ cup to a basin of warm water. Soak for 15–20 minutes and enjoy a quiet moment of rest.

Rinse lightly after soaking if desired, then pat dry and continue your calm ritual.
